Quality Management System

 

In order to ensure the products meet customer requirements, to ensure quality get realization of the goal ,to make our products more secure and reliable operation ,and protect the legitimate interests of users, our company commitment to quality assurance as follows:

We guarantee the products provided by the company, are designed, manufactured, testing, and inspected carefully, ensure each product as material from the plant is carried out strictly in accordance with technical requirements of products,and their important components are using strict quality control process in order to ensure their qualities excellence. Our Products that are from design to production, inspection of the process requirements uses Chinese gas industry and management features, so that customers could use them more secure, more accurate and more reliable.

1. Product quality assurance in general:

We guarantee that our products are in accordance with the ISO9001: 2000 quality assurance system requirements, and the product design, manufacture, testing, acceptance of the whole process to implement effective control and the formation of records (design → materials and parts procurement of parts and components production → → → assembly → nondestructive testing inspection and test packaging inbound → → factory inspection) .

2. Product Design

We will be in strict accordance with the effective demand-side orders, contracts and related provisions of the annex and relevant national laws, regulations, standards for product design, to ensure that users of products to meet the functional and technical performance of the security requirements.

3. Parts Procurement

We guarantee that we will be in strict accordance with the requirements of design and implementation of the provisions of the standard purchase of various parts and components, and to strictly check and accept, to ensure that various types of components of products would meet the design requirements and related standards, while ensuring strict accordance with the ISO9001: 2000 quality assurance system requirements for the selection of parts suppliers and management.

4. Product Manufacturing

We guarantee that we will be in strict accordance with the design drawings, manufacturing process, manufacturing and inspection standards for products’ manufacturing, testing, inspection, to ensure that the product has the inherent quality and reliable, so that the factory's products will comply with company’s standards , customer’ quality requirements and national standards.

 

Quality Control Procedure

 

 

1. Hydromechanical demands: all the index box filled with liquid, no bubbles and leakage phenomenon.

2. Counter assembly: rotating flexible gears, no stuck and jitter; pointer, the word round without dislocation; clear writing surface printing.

3. Copper mask pressure number: writing clear, with even the same shade.

4. A single checksum: nominal control flow error ± 1.5%.

5. Series checksum: Boundary control-flow error ± 1.5%, the minium control-flow error ± 4%; pressure 2.0MP a trial which lasted 1 minute, no damage and leakage phenomenon.

6. Packing: Product appearance of clean, accurate full packaging annex.

WATER METER TEST METHOD

(Based on ISO 4064 Class B standard)

 

Step 1: Assemble water meter and fix it by using special tool, then put the water meter into the test bench.

 

Step 2: Pressure test – The water pressure rises to 20 bars and lasts for 1 minute. If the water meter passes the test, it will pass to next step. If not, it will return to Step 1.

 

Step 3: Accuracy Test

   1. Qmax (3,000 l/hour): Firstly, we record the initial reading of water meter, for example 00000.0000 m3. Then a total of 20          liters water will go through water meter, at the flow rate of 3,000 l/hour. Then we read the after-testing result of water            meter, for example 00000.0200 m3. The after-testing result (00000.0200 m3) minus initial reading (00000.0000 m3)                 equals to 0.0200 m3 (20 liters). Thus the water meter is accurate and the tolerance is 0% (The allowable tolerance is +/-          2%). If the water meter passes the test, it will pass to next test. If not, it will return to Step 1.

    2. Qn (1,500 l/hour): Firstly, we record the initial reading of water meter, for example 00000.0200 m3. Then a total of 20               liters water will go through water meter, at the flow rate of 1,500 l/hour. Then we read the after-testing result of water          meter, for example 00000.0400 m3. The after-testing result (00000.0400 m3) minus initial reading (00000.0200 m3)                 equals to 0.0200 m3 (20 liters). Thus the water meter is accurate and the tolerance is 0% (The allowable tolerance is +/-          2%). If the water meter passes the test, it will pass to next test. If not, it will return to Step 1.

   3.  Qt (120 l/hour): Firstly, we record the initial reading of water meter, for example 00000.0400 m3. Then a total of 10 liters          water will go through water meter, at the flow rate of 120 l/hour. Then we read the after-testing result of water meter,           for example 00000.0500 m3. The after-testing result (00000.0500 m3) minus initial reading (00000.0400 m3) equals to            0.0100 m3 (10 liters). Thus the water meter is accurate and the tolerance is 0% (The allowable tolerance is +/- 2%). If the         water meter passes the test, it will pass to next test. If not, it will return to Step 1.

   4. Qmin (30 l/hour): Firstly, we record the initial reading of water meter, for example 00000.0500 m3. Then a total of 10 liters        water will go through water meter, at the flow rate of 30 l/hour. Then we read the after-testing result of water meter, for         example 00000.0600 m3. The after-testing result (00000.0600 m3) minus initial reading (00000.0500 m3) equals to 0.0100        m3 (10 liters). Thus the water meter is accurate and the tolerance is 0% (The allowable tolerance is +/- 5%). If the water          meter passes the test, it will pass to next test. If not, it will return to Step 1.

       Note: All the test benches used for calibration of water meter are inspected and adjusted for accuracy by the government         institution twice per year.

Step 4: If the water meter passes all the tests above, it will be sealed and packed.
